Pools in our care are serviced on a weekly basis. This insures they are in the best possible condition to stay clear and sanitary. Our service relies on the pool’s filtration equipment, and we require that this equipment stay in good working order. If the Technician finds any problems with the equipment you will be notified, so that you can schedule one of our Technicians to come back at a later date to repair the problem. We do all of our repair work in house, none of it is sub contracted out to an outside source. This insures that the problem is addressed as quickly as possible. We request that the problem be corrected as soon as possible, so it will not interfere with your weekly service. If the problem is of botanical nature, such as mustard fungus or black algae, the Technician will take immediate action and treat the problem during the initial visit that the problem was noted. This insures we are doing everything possible to prohibit leading to a greater problem, which could result in more chemical usage and possibly permanent staining.
